Naoi
Holding AB is the parent company in the Naoi Corporation.
This company is 100% owned by the Naoi-Wahlberg clan and was originally
formed by a merger of Naoi Import and Naoi Data Navigation. The group has
diversified and is now directly involved in import of Japanese food and
restaurant utensils. It is also the parent corporation for Naoi Group AB,
Naoi Industrifastigheter AB, Japan Torget
A/S and Japanska Torget. The group holds distribution rights for several well
known brand names in Japanese food. Other activities
involves consulting contracts in computer security matters and computer
program maintenance for contracted customers.

Naoi Industrifastigheter
AB was formed to manage the Bergvik
industrial estate at Ekero
Island, some 25 kms
from downtown Stockholm.
The estate consists of 6.000 m2 in industrial buildings, 3 private homes and
a water purification facility that supplies water to the nearby Bergvik village. It is all located on a 60.000 m2 plot
with excellent expansion possibilities. A new warehouse has recently been
completed.

The Japanska
Torget branch is run as a shop in downtown Stockholm with retail sales of Japanese
food, books, porcelain and various other goods. The shop is located at Tegnergatan 6, near the Rådmansgatan
subway station.

Group AB also holds 10% of the shares of TN Japan AB, a travel
agency in downtown Stockholm, specializing in
travels to the Far East. The travel agency
sales office is located at Tegnergatan 13, just
